This week at LCS Project Solutions Ltd has been marked by significant achievements and valuable insights.  Here is a summary of our accomplishments, the lessons we’ve learned, and how we plan to use those insights:

Achievements

  • New Client Onboarding: We successfully onboarded a new client to assist with managing site health and safety compliance, expanding our client base and reinforcing our expertise in compliance management.
  • BREEAM AP Coordination: Our team carried out BREEAM AP site coordination duties on several projects for the same client, showcasing our commitment to sustainable building practices.
  • Compliance Activities: We commenced compliance activities for a client regarding their manufacturing workshops, ensuring adherence to necessary regulations and standards.
  • Site Production Assistance: Continued support was provided for site production responsibilities, highlighting our ongoing dedication to client needs.
  • Steel Frame Erection: During a compliance tour, we witnessed the progression of a steel frame erection and engaged in a productive conversation with the erectors about the process.
  • Temporary Works Inspection: A thorough temporary works inspection was conducted, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Incident Investigations: We were involved in a couple of incident investigations, demonstrating our proactive approach to safety and risk management.
  • CDM Assistance: Progress was made with our Construction (Design and Management) assistance duties, underscoring our role in facilitating safe construction practices.
  • Milestone at Bury Cross: A significant milestone was achieved with the pouring of the floor slab at Bury Cross, marking a key phase in the project.

  • Use of Monday.com: We are also integrating Monday.com into our client relationship management (CRM) processes.  This platform allows us to create fillable compliance forms for clients to track issues, enhancing our ability to deliver effective management functions.  The custom workflows, automation, and dashboards provided by Monday.com will streamline our operations and improve client interactions, ensuring we remain responsive to their needs.
