We are currently working with a heritage architectural practice, offering advice and guidance on Construction (Design & Management) Regulation 2015 to the client, design team, client appointed contractors and the Principal Contractor. The project involves the restoration of a building of national importance, constructed over 250 years ago. The aim is to undertake an extensive period restoration while incorporating modern comforts, making the structure fit for the next 100 years. It is a challenging project, requiring the application of modern legislation and construction methods to a building that was originally constructed without such constraints.
