Weekly Round Up
Another week has silently slipped into the past, now confined to our bank of memories. What have we been up to?
Monday:
- SSSTS Day 1 for our partners MSA
- BREEAM monthly progress report and team meeting
- Site visit to gather intelligence for a shared occupancy plan
Tuesday:
- SSSTS Day 2 for our partners MSA
- ISO development work
Wednesday:
- Annual review of H&S performance with a client
- Client senior management team meeting to discuss the rollout of the ISO IMS
- BREEAM team meeting for a new project
- Site visit to review progress at the garage
Thursday:
- CDM assistance for various clients’ design teams
- Further ISO development work
- Project management duties for the garage
Friday:
- Lee installed the new 55-inch monitor at HQ
- Site compliance inspection
- Another BREEAM coordination Teams meeting for a new project
- Admin functions
What have we learned:
- A logical, methodical approach to problem-solving is key.
- Reflect on our own PDCA philosophy.
- 55-inch monitors rock!
What’s next:
We have another busy week planned, with more site compliance inspections, CDM support for design teams and Principal Designers, and an ISO pre-audit for a third-party assessor.
