The past few months have been challenging, keeping us fully occupied and focused on what truly matters: meeting our clients’ expectations. While we may not achieve this 100% of the time, we are committed to maintaining a consistent approach and learning from our client interactions as we strive for continual improvement.
This week has been particularly eventful:
- Conducting Health & Safety inspections for various clients
- Providing BREEAM updates
- Launching a clients ISO-compliant integrated management system—yes, it has gone LIVE!
- Training site supervisors
- Assisting in the planning the next quarter of the operational staff development phase for a client
- Celebrating the long-anticipated client occupation of Phase One of the Bury Cross remodelling project
Additionally, we have:
- Assisted a client in achieving their very first CHAS accreditation
- Liaised with the HSE on behalf of a client
- Planned our next quarter to ensure we continue to deliver the first-class service our clients expect
