We have been steadily returning to work, addressing essential housekeeping tasks, including Monday.com updates. Despite the initial challenges of getting back into the swing of things, we are pleased to report that we have met our targets.
Phase 1 Client Debrief
Attended a Phase 1 client debrief meeting at Bury Cross Garage. We are thrilled to share that the nerve centre now boasts a room with a view and natural daylight for the first time in over 25 years. Our client is delighted, and the two-ramp MOT bay is now fully operational.
Health Surveillance Report
Completed a health surveillance report based on data provided by an occupational health specialist. This report highlights important aspects of workplace health and safety, ensuring healthy work environments are maintained for all.
Sustainability and Standards
BREEAM Updates
We have been working on client BREEAM updates. It is always encouraging to see additional credits achieved through the dedicated efforts of our clients’ teams.
IMS and ISO Planning
Engaged in comprehensive IMS and ISO planning for both an existing and a new client. We have set actionable milestones and developed implementation workshops to ensure smooth progress.
Fonn System Refinement
Collaborated with a client to further refine the corrective action and preventive action reporting system using Fonn. This process has been a valuable learning experience, reinforcing that every day presents an opportunity to acquire new knowledge.
Team Well-being
Coffee and Lunch Breaks
We have ensured that the team stays energised with plenty of coffee and chocolate. Lunch breaks, while not Michelin-starred, have kept us fuelled and focused throughout the day.
Looking Ahead
While this week was focused on essential tasks rather than major projects, we are preparing for a full-strength return next week. The team is eager to tackle upcoming projects with renewed energy and focus.
