- Continued with the development a comprehensive quality management system for MC Controls
- Prepared for the first ISO Stage 2 audit with the Ascia team
- Planned training and system development for New Forest Fencing
Do
We executed our plans through various activities:
- Conducted training and system development for New Forest Fencing
- Updated CDM trackers to ensure client compliance
- Finalising the developed of a H&S File for ECO2
- Held team meetings for PC Flooring and the Bury Cross development project
Check
Our check phase involved thorough inspections and reviews:
- Performed site inspections at Merton College
- Reviewed site inspection reports to identify areas for improvement
- Assisted with a Stage 2 ISO audit with the Ascia team to evaluate their integrated management system
Act
Based on our checks, we took action to assist our clients improve their processes:
- Refined our quality management system for MC Controls based on our initial proof read and review
- Addressed findings from site inspection reports
- Prepared to implement improvements based on the ISO Stage 2 audit results
