This week at LCS Project Solutions has been a whirlwind of activity, representing our commitment to the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle across diverse projects. Here is a snapshot of our progress:

- Preparing for a specialist noise and vibration survey and forthcoming project planning for a client.
- Initiating the development of a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) for a solar field development.
- Planning intelligence gathering to assist a client in optimising their service provision.
- Preparing a lifting plan for windmill sail replacement.
