Reflections – Week 50

Reflections, Weekly Round Up

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas! 🎄🎅

The double‑figure temperatures and December rain might suggest otherwise, but the wet weather hasn’t dampened our spirits!  We may have got a little soggy at times, yet our enthusiasm and momentum remained high throughout another client‑focused and rewarding week.

Our week began and ended with site compliance tours, some nearby, others a little farther afield.  In between, we packed in plenty of training, development, and collaborative meetings.

Here’s how our week unfolded:

Monday

  • CDM tracker updates for a client managing multiple projects.
  • Out-of-county site visit for compliance system discussions (Part 1), including an overnight stay to maximise efficiency.

Tuesday

  • In-house Building Safety Act (BSA) training for a client team – Part 1.
  • Site Day, (Part 2) progress meeting contributions, discussions with current and future contractors, and wider project planning.

Wednesday

  • BSA training, Part 2, with strong engagement and practical discussion.
  • A client joined us in the office to review and refine internal processes.

Thursday

  • Day Four of the SMSTS training hosted by MS Associates.
  • Another office‑based client meeting to review processes and progress updates on Constructionline Gold.

Friday

  • The final site compliance inspection of the week, another out‑of‑county journey, this time involving several trains!
  • Process review with a client at their newly redeveloped office, achieving meaningful outcomes and setting a clear plan for Q1 2026.
  • Rounded off with a presentation to a client’s team as part of their end‑of‑year event, celebrating success stories and shaping continual improvement plans for the year ahead.

An excellent week overall with fantastic engagement across all client teams.  We continue to be inspired by our clients’ commitment to continual improvement, enhancing their staff development, refining systems, and striving to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.  We are proud to support their journey and share in their success.
