At LCS Project Solutions, we follow a structured approach based on the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” methodology, which ensures we deliver consistent and high-quality services to our varied clients. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve been up to this week:
Monday – We kicked off the week with strategic planning for the coming month, aligning our team’s goals and expectations. We also conducted a site visit to a new fire door installation project, ensuring everything was on track and meeting the required standards.
Tuesday – A productive day focusing on diary planning and project-specific activities. We held a productive client lunch, followed by detailed client-specific planning. Our team also carried out site compliance inspections, observing safety arrangements and providing specific regulation guidance.
Wednesday – Our focus shifted to detailed reporting as we compiled various inspection reports for multiple clients, helping them maintain their high standards of compliance and safety.
Thursday – An office day where we completed a virtual IMS internal audit on a client’s ISO system, assessing its efficiency and alignment with industry standards. We also continued our site compliance tours to ensure ongoing safety and regulatory adherence.
Friday – We wrapped up the week with more site compliance tours and further work for a client’s project-specific development, particularly in the creation of SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) documents, reinforcing safety protocols on all fronts.
