CDM Guidance & Compliance
This week, we provided tailored CDM (Construction Design and Management) guidance to several clients, each presenting unique requirements and challenges. Our team also conducted comprehensive site compliance tours and delivered detailed inspection reports, ensuring our clients remain at the forefront of safety and regulatory standards.
Bury Cross Contractor Progress
A vital highlight was our catch-up with the Bury Cross contractor, where we reviewed the excellent progress being made on site. As the employer’s agent for A&S Motors Ltd, we have been closely involved in subsequent reporting to the client, ensuring transparency and continued alignment with project goals.
H&S Folder Development
Progress continues on our Health & Safety folder development, with draft issues now circulating for client review. This ongoing work is crucial in supporting the completion phase of the project detailing the residual risks that may be faced during maintenance and future systems decommissioning activities.
Collaboration & Campaigns
A highlight of the week was an inspiring catch-up regarding a future content collaboration. We’re excited to soon launch a new training and mentoring campaign—watch this space for more details!
