Driving Continuous Improvement Together
This week has been all about collaboration, development, and action—aligned with our commitment to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach.
🔹 Monday We kicked off with Olli in the Garden Room planning for his new role as Operations Director at PC Flooring. We also supported a client with site-specific induction training and compliance inspections—setting strong foundations for safety and clarity.
🔹 Tuesday A busy day across the board! Our team supported New Forest Fencing with production compliance, we hosted Lewis from PC Flooring, working closely with him on his transition into a Contracts Director role, including a site tour. Big shout-out to AJC Group at Hythe—a truly impressive project!
🔹 Wednesday Midweek was all about reflection and realignment. We caught up as a team, attended a design team meeting, and wrapped up key housekeeping, including finalising an interim compliance report that will help set the tone for the next quarter’s priorities.
🔹 Thursday Back on site with New Forest Fencing, this time for planning and data collection in preparation for their ConstructionLine Gold accreditation—a big step forward! We also made time for some fun and sustainability:
🚲 Staff shared our e-bike under the spring sun for some low-carbon commuting and a few great photo ops.
The team also completed compliance inspections at both a local school and a historic Georgian Palladian mansion—two very different, but equally important environments.
🔹 Friday We wrapped up the week with: The final day of CITB SMSTS training for our partner MS Associates, Electric vehicle testing for Lee—continuing our commitment to sustainable practices, and a great conversation with Anna Randall about degree apprenticeships—planting seeds for growth and succession planning within our business.
As always, we’re proud to support and grow alongside our clients—learning, adapting, and improving every step of the way.
