- Visited a new client’s site for the initial site tour and to offer compliance planning guidance
- Finalised a significant annual report for client issuance, marking the culmination of past years efforts for both our client’s team and our team – a celebration of a significant ISO achievement
Reflection: The day emphasised thorough planning and preparation. By setting clear objectives for inspections and reports, we ensured alignment with client expectations and compliance standards.
Tuesday: Execution in Action
- Dedicated a day to New Forest Fencing, preparing for their Constructionline Gold submission and project planning.
- Conducted a compliance visit to the Woburn Abbey refurbishment project, appreciating the stunning natural surroundings (and the deer!).
Reflection: The “Do” phase was evident here as we actively implemented plans. The Constructionline Gold preparation highlighted our focus on quality management and environmental standards.
Wednesday: Collaboration and Training
- Completed a site inspection for a local contractor project.
- Provided CDM Principal Designer assistance to support compliance.
- Arranged site-based training for dust and RPE (Respiratory Protective Equipment), ensuring health and safety awareness.
- Finalised a PowerPoint presentation summarising key points from the annual report.

- Conducted a compliance visit in Gloucestershire and prepared an accompanying report.

- Delivered Day 4 of the CITB SMSTS training course in partnership with MS Associates.
- Presented the annual report, including agreed objectives for the next 12 months.
- Held a planning meeting with stakeholders ahead of Phase 2 at Bury Cross Garage.
Throughout the week, maintained essential housekeeping duties and progressed SSiP applications for clients.
