LCS Project Solutions Ltd has had an incredibly busy and productive week, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.

Plan

  • Strategic planning session with New Forest Fencing for manufacturing and site operations
  • Initial ISO 9001 planning meeting with MC Controls to establish the QMS scope and context
  • Phase 2 Bury Cross contractor negotiations

Do

  • Conducted an ISO internal audit, focusing on Clause 8.0 operational control for Ascia Construction
  • Carried out varied CDM duties
  • Performed a site compliance inspection at Merton College, Oxford for Owlsworth Construction
  • Carried out CDM duties for a local authority
  • Delivered manual handling training course
  • Provided general client advice and guidance

Check

  • Completed our 500th report of site compliance inspection for Ascia Construction, a significant milestone for both companies 👏👏👏
  • Ongoing evaluation of our services and client satisfaction

Looking ahead, we anticipate:
