CDM coordination meetings kicked off the week, tracking project changes with precision across multiple fronts. One team member drove to a site near Salisbury for a quality process tour and discussion, then hit a Supercharger on route to Bedfordshire, joining a Teams call mid-charge for peak efficiency.
Tuesday: Dual-Site Compliance Push
Site tours dominated: London via early train to the capital, and Woburn after a short drive from overnight stay. The tours proved productive, guiding clients through process development and compliance duties with targeted assistance. Evening reflection led south to Henley-on-Thames for another overnight stay, complete with a Supercharger stop and quick bite; round two of that efficiency rhythm, fuelling both body and mission.
Wednesday: Team Sync and Resilient Rides
A site progress meeting highlighted current compliance setups and future goals, with the team reporting sharp insights. Public transport and a canal towpath bike ride handled the monthly compliance tour and client process work, though flooding turned it challenging, testing adaptability amid the elements.
Thursday: Urban Mobility and Systems Build
London called again, navigated via Lime bikes and Tubes for focused compliance inspections. Back at base, vital admin flowed into safe systems of work development for a unique client project, plus advancing phase work on an ISO 9001 Quality Management System in tandem with MS Associates (Safety) Ltd., partnership driving tangible quality gains.
Friday: Client Planning and Forward Scheduling
Team day immersed in a client’s offices, powering new project planning with their infectious enthusiasm, exciting horizons ahead. Admin wrapped up by scheduling the team for upcoming events, aligning precisely with client needs and internal standards to close the week strong.
Week 3’s core has been relentless presence across collaboration and development, from flooded paths to electric efficiency. Our intention for Week 4 holds firm: remain in the now, listening intently to deliver on expectations with unwavering focus.
