Friday Round Up

A busy productive week for the team.  Much done and new learning!  Here is what we have been doing:

Plan

• Developed quality management system plans for ongoing improvement for a new client.
• Prepared task-specific health and safety planning measures for various clients.
• Planned health and safety arrangements for continual development at a client’s premises.
• Initiated onboarding process for a new client in the historic building sector.

Do

• Assisted clients with CDM compliance across multiple projects.
• Performed employers agent duties for an ongoing project.
• Conducted BREEAM project updates.
• Met with senior management team of the new historic building sector client.
• Visited work locations of the new client for introductory purposes.

Check

• Carried out health, safety, and environmental inspections at various sites.
• Utilised Fonn to review management arrangements for projects.
• Employed monday.com to track progress and actions on ongoing client and our tasks.

Act

• Updated BREEAM trackers to align with project progress.
• Provided ongoing support to a number of clients to assist with compliance across many facets of their businesses.
• Petted a cat.
• Photographed a bird.

This week has been a testament to our versatility, from navigating the intricacies of historic buildings to embracing the latest in project management tech.  And let’s not forget – we’re not just about blueprints and safety gear; we’re about creating moments that make us smile, one cat pat and bird photo at a time!
