We are actively engaged with several clients assisting them in designing and implementing quality assurance processes that integrate with other organisational management functions. This is achieved through the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) model or the ISO9001: Quality Management System. We help clients define the standards they aim to achieve and assist in developing inspection and test plans to ensure quality performance at different stages throughout the project lifecycle—from design and production to completion and feedback. We encourage clients to strive for continuous improvement by effectively reviewing their systems and applying corrective and/or preventive actions in a proportionate and timely manner.
