We are presently serving as the project manager for a client, actively involved in the preparation of tender documents for the renovation of an existing motor vehicle workshop. The comprehensive project includes tasks such as raising the roof, structural strengthening, constructing a new reception area, office, and storage on a mezzanine floor, as well as installing new mechanical and electrical services throughout. Subsequently, operations will transition to the refurbished area while the remainder of the project is completed.
