We are presently serving as the project manager for a client, actively involved in the preparation of tender documents for the renovation of an existing motor vehicle workshop. The comprehensive project includes tasks such as raising the roof, structural strengthening, constructing a new reception area, office, and storage on a mezzanine floor, as well as installing new mechanical and electrical services throughout. Additionally, the project involves the fitout of garage equipment. The project is intricate due to the client’s requirement to maintain operational activities throughout the duration of the works. To address this, we have devised a two-phase solution, temporarily consolidating workshop activities to 50% of the building during the construction phase. Subsequently, operations will transition to the refurbished area while the remainder of the project is completed.
