With our plan in place, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work:

- Visited a new site for Birchen Construction and conducted comprehensive policy reviews and site inspections.
- Encouraged Lee Shirley to take a well-deserved break in the mountains, reminding us all of the importance of work-life balance.
