Reflections – Week 23

Health & Safety, Reflections, Training & Mentoring, Weekly Round Up

Thanks to the team and our fabulous clients and partners this week for their valuable contributions to make our week a resounding success!

Monday
New Forest Fencing day, joining the team in project and activity planning and system refinement following feedback from the site teams.  Continual improvement in action with feedback considered and refinements made.

Tuesday
Site compliance tour to the amazing Woburn Abbey, alright for some!  Day 1 of a SSSTS course for MSA: a great group, fully enthused and engaged, with insightful conversations and experiences shared.

Wednesday
CDM advisor day involving project meetings and site compliance tours to the historic medieval walls of Southampton, our hometown.  Great to be part of this project.  Final day of the SSSTS course: toolbox talks, more discussions, and shared stories.  All passed with flying colours.  Lee left tired after two days of full-on engagement but motivated to encourage more sharing of experiences.

Thursday
Employers Agent duties at Bury Cross Garage reviewing drainage proposals and a compliance tour.  Then, one team member to Andover for a compliance inspection of the renovation of a Grade 2 listed property, and another continued developing a client’s Health & Safety management system.

Friday
SSiP renewal assistance, continuation of the management system development, and the vital administration work that allows the business to function and develop.

A weekend of rest for the team and preparation for next week’s activities.
