This week has been a little different-and a lot inspiring! We took a step away from our usual base to reflect on our journey since incorporation, conducting a thorough SWOT analysis of our show to date.
Our focus: continual improvement, guided by our adopted ethos of Plan–Do–Check–Act.
We’ve been asking ourselves the big questions:

- How can we not only meet their requirements, but exceed them and bring added value?

- Site Inspection Software: Looking at making our site inspection process more efficient and smarter with a new inspection app.
Beyond the Boardroom
Strategic reviews and planning are vital, but so is team spirit! We made time for essential discussions out on the bikes, riding to some fantastic lunch destinations. Sometimes, the best ideas come with a breath of fresh Cornish air.
Exciting Opportunities
This week also brought new prospects. We were invited to the Tremough Innovation Centre at Falmouth University’s Penryn campus for an introductory conversation with a potential new client, followed by a fascinating visit to the School of Mines museum. We may soon find ourselves at the forefront of emerging technologies-watch this space!

Plus, our partners at RGL Safety & Resilience Ltd delivered in-house emergency first aid training at a client’s premises-another example of our commitment to safety and resilience.
