Monday
- Kicked off Phase 2 of Bury Cross Garage with contract commencement.
- Presented compliance findings and set next quarter’s objectives with Owlsworth Conservation.
- Supported Cam from a client’s team on Day 1 of CITB SSSTS training via HCS Safety.
- Explored Degree Apprenticeship opportunities with Portsmouth University.
Tuesday
- Cam completed SSSTS training successfully.
- Met with new client Appledown Construction to define first quarter objectives.
- Introduced ourselves to the Principal Contractor team at Bury Cross.
Wednesday
- Conducted site compliance inspection at Mill Road social housing development.
- Assisted Ascia HQ with project planning, BREEAM updates, and Monday.com compliance tracking workshop.
- Delivered weekly CDM regulatory support to a local authority.
- Our partners MSA Safety provided vital CAT and Genny refresher training to New Forest Fencing.
Thursday
- Reviewed weekly activities and set upcoming objectives with our admin team.
- Completed diverse compliance inspections: a Georgian mansion and two new school buildings in Bournemouth and Portsmouth.
- Held a team meeting to reflect and celebrate the start of the holiday.
