This week at LCS Project Solutions Ltd, we focused on enhancing our client’s compliance and safety standards through various inspections, meetings, and project planning sessions. Our team worked diligently to ensure our client’s needs are being met and the highest standards of compliance for health, safety, environmental and quality management are being achieved.
Monday
- 📋 Conducted an ISO workshop with the Ascia team.
- 🏢 Performed a site compliance inspection for SCC at Albion Towers.
- 🗂️ Project planning.
Tuesday
- 🚪 Compliance inspection for a fire door replacement project.
- 🏠 Conducted a compliance inspection for one of our local clients on a domestic refurbishment project.
- 📅 Held annual client planning meeting.
- 🖌️ Attended design team meeting for a new project.
- 🌿 Attended a BREEAM assessment meeting.
Wednesday
- 🤝 Met with a client for SafeContractor accreditation discussions and the annual update of their systems.
- 📑 Continued with the development of the ECO2 Health & Safety file.
- 🧪 Worked on COSHH assessments.
Thursday
- 🏗️ Conducted a site compliance inspection for a new development at Andover College.
- 📈 Held a Monday and Fonn skills update session for the LCS team.
- 📑 Continued development of the ECO2 Health & Safety file.
- 📞 Conducted weekly team and project management catch-up sessions.
Friday
- 🏫 Carried out site compliance inspections for a new Music School at Peter Symonds College and for Georgian property of national interest.
- 📝 Finalised compliance reports and performed systems housekeeping.
