We have assisted clients in preparing health and safety files, managing the pre-construction phase, and ensuring durtholders are aware of their duties and responsibilities.

We have also been keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in BREEAM certification. Our team is well-versed in the BREEAM New Construction Version 7 (V7) proposals, which include enhanced guidance on net zero carbon strategies, updated energy performance benchmarks, and improved support for operational energy modelling.
