• BREEAM Compliance Updates:  Using Monday.com, we efficiently tracked progress on BREEAM compliance, ensuring our projects meet sustainability standards.
• CDM Support:  We provided crucial CDM support for several historic structures, preserving their integrity while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Environmental Planning:  Our team developed a comprehensive construction environmental plan for an exciting new project set to begin soon.
• Project Management:  We continued to fulfil our project management responsibilities for our vehicle workshop project.
• In-House System Developments:  We focused on enhancing our internal systems to improve efficiency and service delivery.
