The longest day of 2024 is now behind us, as are this week’s activities for our team!
What have we been up to?
This week, we delivered SSSTS training for our partner, HCS Safety Ltd. We also managed BREEAM site AP duties and provided CDM advice and guidance for several clients, which included developing a shared occupancy plan, and H&S File development. Our team conducted several site compliance inspections and carried out a contractor’s annual review of their management system, where we identified threats and opportunities, and the development of an action plan. Additionally, we supported a client through their Stage One audit for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. We continued with our project management duties at the vehicle workshop. Finally, we developed Monday.com workflows, reporting functions, and processes for another client. It has been a fulfilling and busy week for the team.
