After one of the team spent 3 days in Nice to watch a bike race, the first part of the week started with vigour and ended the same if not with a little more! Achievements included:
Completion of a report into the use of Procore by site teams, continued development of an integrated management system working closely with the client to fully develop the required processes, site inspections with subsequent reports, SSiP assistance, CDM support to designers and if that was not enough, project management duties ahead of a contract award and mentoring duties at Bath University.
What a positive week, well done team LCS.
