It has been a busy week here at LCS Project Solutions Ltd. Much achieved for our clients and for our continued professional development.
We have been developing for some time now a behavioural-based safety workshop and have formally introduced it to our training portfolio. Leon has been guiding new site managers through the last two days of their SMSTS course; delighted to confirm all passed. We have undertaken site compliance inspections in Portsmouth and Bournemouth, chaired a CDM coordination meeting and gave a CDM workshop to a design team, got a project over the line for stage one tender. And if that was not enough, Lee spent the day with a longstanding valued client assisting with planning further staff training on the path to achieving NVQ’s and providing advice and guidance regarding the continued business development and mentoring staff. We also managed to secure new works for an existing client and continued assisting a project team in maintaining the project BREEAM requirements.
We are looking forward to see what next has in store.
